This raspberry smoothie recipe is just made for the summer! With a vibrant, fruity flavour a bit of tang and a velvety texture, it's such a fun way to indulge in all the goodness that summer brings upon us.

Ingredients
  

Raspberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen raspberries
  • ¾ cup (150g) plain yoghurt such as greek
  • 2 tsp (20g) honey
  • cup (25ml) orange juice freshly squeezed

Garnish

  • plain yoghurt
  • seasonal fruits sliced and cut into shapes
  • honey

Instructions
 

Raspberry smoothie

  • Blend raspberries, yoghurt, honey and orange juice in a blender until well combined. Stopping to stir down the mixture as required.

Assembly and garnish

  • Next, carefully pour the smoothie into your desired glass.
    Then top with yoghurt and garnish with seasonal fruits and a drizzle of honey.
  • Add in a straw if desired and then serve immediately
