Chocolate Milk

A super simple and deliciously creamy chocolate milk recipe. That's perfect both hot and cold, so you can enjoy it year-round! Plus it's made with only 5 ingredients, one of which is water!
Versatile enough to use as the base to add toppings and additions to, should you feel the need.

Ingredients
  

  • cup (15g) Cocoa Powder
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) Water
  • 100 g Milk Chocolate broken up into squares
  • 3 ½ cups (750ml) Milk of Choice
  • ½ tsp (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Heat the cocoa powder and water in a small saucepan, over low heat, whisking to combine, about 2 minutes.
  • Add in the chocolate and melt in, whisking continuously.
  • Remove from the heat and whisk in ½ cup of milk, to loosen. Followed by the rest of the milk.
  • Stir in the vanilla and serve if you're drinking it cold or return to the heat for a warmed chocolate milk version.
