To celebrate the seasons changing and us reigning in a fresh new chapter, I’ve compiled a list of all of your favourite recipes of 2020. Highlighting all of last year’s brightest moments before we propel into even more exciting content that awaits.

Last year was full of all types of seasonal treats with a bit of holiday thrown in the mix. We had things from white chocolate matcha cheesecake brownies to spooky Halloween black rice risotto and a coconut chai latte with cream cheese foam.

My Top Favourite Recipes from 2020

Here are my top 5 comfort food recipes posted in 2020. From playfully fun passionfruit cookies to crumpet brunch boards and baked pumpkin gnocchi. They’re certainly a collection of items you’ll want to give a try!

The best kind of comfort food! This recipe for roasted pumpkin gnocchi is great for a night in, with golden, cheesy gnocchi nuggets that are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Tossed in pesto and topped with spinach, bacon and pine nuts.

It’s one of my absolute favourite go-to dinners for a warm and filling meal with a bit of green. Rich, flavourful, melt-in-the-mouth delicious!

Sticky Date Pudding mini bundt cakes with toffee sauce, toasted walnuts and cream
